Clicking techniques
Regular clicking: 6–8 CPS, sustainable. Jitter clicking: 10–14 CPS in bursts. Butterfly clicking: 12–20+ CPS with two fingers. Drag clicking: uses friction on the button, can exceed 20 CPS, and depends on the mouse.
Health note: stop and rest if you feel wrist or forearm pain. Fast clicking in short bursts is fine; grinding it for hours is not.

What is a good CPS?
Most people click 6–7 times per second with normal clicking. 8–10 CPS is fast, and jitter or butterfly techniques can reach 12–20+ CPS.
What is jitter clicking?
Tensing the forearm so the finger vibrates on the button, producing very fast clicks. Do it in short bursts and stop if you feel pain.
What is butterfly clicking?
Alternating two fingers on the same button. It produces high CPS, but some game servers limit or flag very high click rates.
